Oasis Parents & Students,
We have a car wash planned for July 7th from 10am-2pm (workers will need to arrive at 9:15am for setup and practice runs) to help our students earn money for their trip to Arlington for Student Life Mission Camp on July 23-27, and I need an event coordinator who will:
- Type a letter to the Oasis students asking for RSVPs and email that letter to Scarlett to be posted on the church website.
- Determine what car wash supplies are needed and make sure we have all of those (I know we will need water hoses, but I think everything else is located in the walk-thru office that leads into my office).
- Gather all needed supplies.
- Have bottled water iced in coolers for workers and those receiving car washes.
Will you do it? If so, please let me know ASAP. Thanks in advance for your willingness to serve! I know the others going to camp will be blessed!
