Dear Members of Sylvania,
Some members of the pastor search committee will be out of town this weekend visiting one of our two top candidates. The other candidate was visited previously in mid-May. The committee will meet on Tuesday evening, June 15th, to determine if one of the two candidates is the Lord’s choice for our new pastor.
The elders and the search committee ask for your prayers as we approach this very important meeting. We request you and your families to observe a day of prayer and fasting sometime between now and Tuesday, June 15. Please pray that the Lord would make His will obvious to the search committee by guiding them to unanimous agreement.
