Oasis Students & Families,
The Indoor Church Picnic (ICP) will be held in the fellowship hall immediately following the 10:20am worship service on May 15, 2011. As it does every year, the ICP will serve as a fundraiser for Student Life Mission Camp. Whether you are able to attend Student Life Mission Camp this year or not, we could still very much use your help. Here’s how.
A) Your Desserts!
We need enough desserts to feed 300 people! If you would be willing to bring a dessert, please email Kassidy Sutsch and let her know:
- Who you are.
- The easiest way to reach you if needed.
- What dessert you are bringing.
- How many people your dessert will feed.
B) Your Hands!
We will need a lot of help serving. If you are an Oasis student who is willing to help serve during the ICP, whether setting tables, serving food, refilling drinks, “bus-ing” tables, etc. I’ll also need a group of guys who are willing to help setup tables and chairs for about an hour on Saturday, May 14th, so let me know if you’re available. Please email Chad if you’re interested.
