Providence Park Easter Extravaganza…

by | Apr 19, 2011 | Blog

Oasis & College Students AND Families,

In an effort to pursue the “pure and undefiled religion” James writes about, we’re going to serve together this Saturday at Providence Park Nursing & Rehabilitation’s Easter Extravaganza. We will meet at the nursing home at 10am in the front foyer. There is a code to get in the door which is posted on the right hand side of door (2443*).

BRING: Yourself. If you can, candy or treats to hide for the kids would be acceptable and very much needed.

DRESS: Comfortably. A lot of walking.

MEETING TIME: 10am THIS Saturday, April 23rd

MEETING PLACE: The front foyer at Providence Park

GOAL: To draw attention to the resurrected Christ through loving and serving the Providence Park residents and the children from their families and the Tyler area who come to visit.

WHAT WE’RE DOING: We will be hiding eggs and treats beginning at 10, then we will partner some of you with smaller children if necessary for the egg hunt and the rest will visit and mingle with residents, love on them, play with the children, and enjoy yourselves! It should be fun. We will need help when time to serve for lunch. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.

DIRECTIONS: Providence Park Nursing and Rehabilitation: 5505 New Copeland Rd. Tyler, TX (Between Reick Rd. and Shiloh — see map below for directions)
